Providing intelligence information on F&B activities from hotel’s competitors. • 关注所面临的直接竞争,并开展定期调研,确保知晓竞争对手的活动。提供酒店竞争对手的餐饮活动的情报和信息。 • Supervises the development and maintenance of potential Clients Database through each outlet Manager. • 通过每家餐饮设施的经理,监督潜在客户数据库的开发和维护。 • Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through the respective outlet Manager. • 通过各餐饮设施各自的经理,保持酒店在主要市场区域的高曝光水平。 • Derive action plans for Managers of respective outlets to achieve and maximize revenue for each outlet – Sales Call Management. • 通过各餐饮设施经理的行动计划,达成和最大化每家餐饮设施的收入–销售拜访管理。 Communications沟通与传播 • Assists in coordination and implementation of all F&B printed materials including thehotelsnewsletters, posters, flyers, email marketing as well as other promotionalcollateral. • 帮助所有餐饮印刷资料的协调和实施,包括酒店通讯、海报、单页、营销邮件以及其他促销宣传品。 • Assists and supports the coordination of photography for advertising, collateral andpublic relations purposes between the hotel, advertising agency and the marketingdepartment at corporate office. • 帮助、支持和协调酒店与广告公司及总部市场部之间以制作广告、宣传资料和公关为目的的摄影工作。 • Maintains collateral presentation and signage quality and standards in accordance tohotel policy in all fronts of house areas. • 保证酒店各区域的宣传演示和标识的品质和标准符合酒店政策。 • Supports the liaison between the Communications department and advertising agencyon the F&B tactical advertising campaigns’ creative and media plans. • 在制定餐饮战术性广告宣传活动的创意和媒体计划时,提供传播部和广告公司之间的联络支持。 • Initiate with the Communications department all promotional details, upon instructionto ensure that necessary promotional materials (collaterals, flyers, menus, etc) aredrafted, reviewed, approved and produced in time. • 根据指示,与传播部共同开发所有促销活动的细节,确保及时起草、审核、批准和制作必要的促销资料(宣传资料、单页、菜单等)。 • Coordinate with Communications department for invitation to the opening ceremony ofF&B activities, (if applicable). • 与传播部协调有关餐饮活动开幕式的邀请事宜(如果适用)。 F&B Outlets Promotions餐饮设施的促销活动 • Coordinate meetings on upcoming promotions to set the direction for each outlet. • 协调有关将开展的促销活动的相关会议,明确每个餐饮设施的方向。 • Liaise with outlets for submission of proposal and budget assumption on upcomingspecial promotions. • 与各餐饮设施联络有关将开展的特别促销活动的方案提交和预算假设。 • Work with outlets to derive action plans for the implementation of all approvedpromotions. • 与各餐饮设施共同制定实施所有已批准的促销活动的行动计划。 • Collation of post mortem for each promotion submitted by the respective outlet; andkeeps in file a detailed P&L for future references. • 整理各餐饮设施提交的每次促销活动的后期分析;并将详细损益制作文件存档,供以后参考。 • Initiating action plans and providing direction for each outlet to drive sales andmaximizing profit for these promotions. • 制定行动计划,并为每个餐饮设施提供方向,以推动这些促销活动的销售额并最大化利润。 F&B Database餐饮数据库 • Coordinates management of database by monitoring the following through F&BReservations: • 通过餐饮预订监督以下事项,协调数据库的管理: • − Review on quarterly basis the database. Update and delete inactive members and also ensure that standardized format is strictly implemented and followed by imputers. • 每季度审核数据库。更新并删除不活跃的会员,并确保输入人员严格实施和遵守标准化的格式。 • − Review and identify top spenders and regulars by outlet for analysis. • 审核和识别每家餐饮设施的最高消费者和常客,供分析使用。 • − Ensure that all Guest Recognition initiatives are being upheld in all outlets. • 确保所有客人认可计划在所有餐饮设施中都得到实施。 • − Initiate and ensure maintenance of Customer Relationship Marketing processes andprocedures in the respective outlets by outlet management. • 开展并确保客户关系营销流程和程序通过管理在相应的餐饮设施中得到维护。 • Manages reward card or loyalty card program, if applicable, and ensure card members’data are applied to F&B promotions effectively. • 管理奖励卡或忠诚卡计划,如果适用,并确保持卡会员的数据被有效应用于餐饮促销活动中。 Media / Public Relations媒体/公关 • Liaises with the Communications department and assists to develop and maintaincomprehensive list of media contacts. • 与传播部联络,帮助制作和维护媒体联系人完整名单。 • Assists with execution of hotel F&B promotional events related activities. • 协助实施与酒店餐饮促销活动相关的活动。 • Assists with execution of press promotional activities. • 协助实施新闻宣传活动。 • Liaises with the Communications department and assists to compile and maintain presskit information for media as appropriate. • 与传播部联络,并协助制作和更新提供给媒体的新闻发布资料。
